Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
The short version
Use TrueXHire honestly and respectfully, for real hiring and real job seeking. This policy applies to every account and applies alongside our Terms of Service.
Not allowed for anyone
Harassment, threats, or hate speech toward other users. Spam, phishing, or scam content. Scraping, reselling, or bulk-downloading platform data. Uploading malware or trying to break platform security. Impersonating another person or business. Using the platform for anything illegal.
Not allowed for job seekers
Applying with fake or stolen identities, submitting forged credentials, mass-applying with unrelated spam, or misrepresenting your eligibility to work.
Not allowed for employers
Posting fake jobs, jobs you're not authorized to hire for, or jobs that charge applicants fees. Discriminatory requirements based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, pregnancy, disability, genetic information, or any other legally protected characteristic. Collecting sensitive personal information (like Social Security numbers or bank details) through job posts or application questions. Using candidate information for anything other than genuine hiring for your roles.
What happens if the policy is broken
We review reports and platform signals. Depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or (for employers) revoke verification and pause hiring access. Unanswered applications are closed automatically after a week and repeated abandonment pauses posting.
Reporting problems
Use the Help Center to report a suspicious job post, message, or account — or open a support ticket and our team will review it.
