How does AI job matching work?
Chat with our AI about what you're looking for, or hit 'Get my AI matches' on the Browse tab. The AI learns your goals, skills, and preferences, then scores every open job so the ones you can realistically get come to you first.
How do I become a verified employer?
Go to the Employer access section on this page and tell us about your company. Our AI screens every request for legitimacy, and an admin gives final approval. Once verified you can post jobs, review applicants, and message candidates.
Why can't I see all jobs as an employer?
Employers only see the jobs their own company created — that keeps each employer's hiring data private. Job seekers see every active job.
How do I upload my resume?
Open the AI Resume page and use the upload area. Your file is read by AI and the form is filled in automatically — you can review, edit, and then generate a polished resume from it.
Can employers and job seekers message each other?
Yes. Messaging is built into TrueXHire — employers can reach out to applicants and to candidates the AI suggests, and job seekers can reply from the Messages page.
Who can see my profile?
Only you, plus verified employers when your profile is marked visible to them. You can toggle visibility at any time from your profile page.

Our mission. TrueXHire exists to connect job seekers with employers they'll genuinely work well with — using AI to cut through the noise, not the humanity. We believe hiring should be about fit, not luck.
Why we started. Job hunting had become a numbers game: endless applications, no replies, and employers buried under resumes that never had a chance. We built TrueXHire so seekers aren't left hanging — employers must answer applications within a week or the application closes automatically — and so candidates are matched to jobs they can realistically get, whether they're seasoned professionals, just starting out, or still in school.
Who it's for. Everyone. No experience, no degree, under 18 — our matching finds roles that fit where you are today, and we do the searching so you don't have to send out piles of applications.
What we promise. Not perfection — honesty. We find applicants and employers we believe would work well together, we keep the process fast and fair, and we respect your time on both sides of the table.
