How TrueXHire uses AI

TrueXHire uses AI (large language models) to make hiring faster and easier. This page explains exactly where, what it does, and what it never does.

Where you'll see AI

Job matching (applicants): suggests jobs that fit what you tell the assistant about your role, skills, availability, and location — with a plain-English reason for every suggestion.

Resume and profile help (applicants): helps you polish and structure what you wrote, and drafts cover letters and interview prep guides.

Drafting tools (employers): drafts job postings, application questions, interview questions, company descriptions, and applicant outreach messages from what you describe.

Candidate insights (employers): summarizes and scores how well a candidate's materials line up with your job posting, with the reasoning shown. Each score is one input for your review — never a decision.

AI assists — humans decide

AI never makes the hiring decision. It never automatically hires, rejects, or ranks anyone out of consideration. Every AI output is a draft or suggestion that a person reviews, edits, and approves before it matters. All hiring decisions belong to employers, and all applications belong to applicants.

What AI can't do on TrueXHire

It won't analyze faces, expressions, voices, or emotions. It won't use race, color, religion, national origin, sex, pregnancy, disability, genetic information, or other protected characteristics to match or score. It won't invent pay, benefits, legal requirements, or facts about you or a business, and it won't publish anything on its own.

Accuracy and mistakes

AI can make mistakes and can misread context. Job matches aren't guarantees of being hired; candidate scores aren't assessments of a person's worth. Always review AI output before relying on it, and check anything that matters to you.

Your data and AI

Your profile, resumes, and application materials are used by AI features only to provide those features to you and the employers you engage with. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your data to train unrelated AI systems.

Audit trail

Important AI actions (drafts created, matches generated) are logged so we can investigate problems and understand how the system behaved.

Not legal advice

Nothing the AI produces is legal, financial, or professional advice — including anything about employment eligibility. Employment law varies; consult a qualified professional for advice.
