Employer Terms of Service

These Employer Terms apply in addition to the TrueXHire Terms of Service, and cover every employer account and company on the platform. By posting jobs or subscribing to Employer Pro, you accept them on behalf of yourself and your company.

Full hiring access (posting jobs, reviewing and managing applicants, candidate search, messaging, and campaigns) requires an Employer Pro subscription at $50 per month.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel any time from Payment Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing period that has already started. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, hiring access is paused until the subscription is active again.

Post only genuine, open roles you're authorized to hire for. Keep titles, descriptions, locations, and pay accurate. Never charge candidates fees, require purchases, or ask for sensitive information (like Social Security numbers or bank details) in a job post or screening question.

You must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. Don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.

You may use candidate profiles, applications, answers, and messages only for evaluating and hiring for your own roles. Don't republish, sell, or share candidate data with third parties, add candidates to unrelated marketing lists, or contact them about unrelated offers.

Candidate suggestions, match scores, and message drafts are automated aids, not endorsements or guarantees of a candidate's fit. Use your own judgment and comply with the law when making hiring decisions.

Employers complete our verification process before hiring access is granted, and TrueXHire may re-review accounts. Accounts that break these terms, leave applications unanswered for extended periods, or misrepresent their company may lose verified status or be suspended without refund where the terms allow it.

If your employment offers require signing a non-compete agreement, you must disclose that in your employer verification so candidates are informed.
