TrueXHire is a hiring platform that connects job seekers with employers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: your name, email address, and password when you register or sign in.

Job seeker profile: the professional details you choose to add — work experience, education, skills, certifications, resumes, and job preferences.

Employer information: company details, employer verification submissions, and team member emails connected to your company.

Activity data: job applications, cover letters, answers to screening questions, messages, interview scheduling, and notifications.

Payment data: purchases are processed by our third-party payment processor; we store only a record of the transaction on your account.

To provide the platform: matching you with jobs or candidates, powering AI features, delivering messages and notifications, processing payments and subscriptions, providing customer support, and keeping the platform safe from fraud and abuse.

Our AI matching, resume, and message-drafting features analyze the information you provide (such as your profile, resume, answers, and posts) to generate results. AI output can make mistakes — review it before relying on it. Please don't enter information you aren't comfortable with our AI processing.

Your job seeker profile is only visible to employers if you choose to make it visible. Employers see the applications, answers, and messages you send them. Platform staff can access records as needed to run and support the service. We never sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as payment processing and email delivery), and when required by law. Job postings and company profiles are shown to platform users as part of the service.

You can edit or delete your profile, resumes, and applications at any time, and control whether employers can discover your profile. To request deletion of your account and data, contact us through the Help Center.

TrueXHire is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
