By creating an account or using TrueXHire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to use TrueXHire. Provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and use only one account per person. You're responsible for activity on your account.

TrueXHire lets you build a profile, generate resumes, discover jobs, apply, and message employers. Information you submit in applications is shared with that employer. We can't guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes.

Our AI features (job matching, resume generation, drafts, and suggestions) are automated tools, not professional advice, and can make mistakes. Review everything before relying on it or sending it.

Employers must follow the Employer Terms of Service, which also cover the Employer Pro subscription. Employers must only use candidate information for genuine hiring purposes.

Don't: post false or misleading information; harass, discriminate against, or spam other users; scrape or resell data; upload malware; impersonate others; or use the platform for anything illegal. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of content you submit (profiles, resumes, posts). You give us the limited right to display and process it as needed to run the platform.

We work to keep TrueXHire available, but the platform is provided "as is" and we may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

You can stop using TrueXHire and request account deletion at any time through the Help Center. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or its users at risk.

TrueXHire is not a party to any agreement between job seekers and employers, and isn't responsible for the accuracy of job posts, applications, or third-party content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
